1. Accessibility Status

To assess the accessibility of our website, our team conducted a self-assessment of user experience by evaluating compliance with legally established accessibility requirements. The assessment was based on Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council (European Accessibility Act).

The website standards align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Therefore, we use WCAG references when informing users about service accessibility.

This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level A and AA. You can:

• Zoom in up to 400% without content spilling off-screen.
• Navigate most of the website using a keyboard.
• Listen to most of the website content with a screen reader.

2. Partially Accessible Content

Some parts of the website are only partially accessible. We are actively working to resolve these issues. The following elements are currently being addressed:

• Visual elements missing descriptive “alt” text (WCAG 1.1.1).
• Fields lacking autocomplete functionality (WCAG 1.3.5).
• Insufficient contrast between elements (WCAG 1.4.11 and 1.4.3).
• Text presented as images not readable by assistive technologies (WCAG 1.4.5).
• Some elements are not accessible via the “Tab” key (WCAG 2.1.1).
• Repetitive link text used for different purposes (WCAG 2.4.4).
• Elements lacking correct labels for screen reader access (WCAG 2.5.3).
• Error messages not in the correct language (WCAG 3.1.2).
• Error messages in forms are unclear for correcting mistakes (WCAG 3.3.1).
• Inadequate guidance for fixing form errors (WCAG 3.3.3).
• Status messages not programmatically readable (WCAG 4.1.3).

We aim to resolve these issues by June 27, 2030.
